So, if the ref gives a corner when it should have been a goal kick, VAR can intervene and give the goal kick But If the ref gives a goal kick when it should have been a corner then VAR won’t intervene.

Yeh because apparently its unfair to gain an advantage off something you shouldn't have been able to.
