Record all matches ,get up an hour early and watch second half,or 2 games last 30 mins of each, this method failed with USA 3-0 up but without your phone you watch the match properly.
Will get up for Scotland game at tonight/tomorrow

If you goto the ITV Sport Youtube page they have around 10mins highlights of each game come up shortly after it's finished. Crucially they also have no score spoilers in the thumbnail photo.

Watch the game if it’s it at a time you’re awake.

Otherwise, screw it.

SCIENCE.

If I stayed up for a 2am kick off I'm almost certain I'd sleep through the majority of it. Can't think there's too many group games I could be arsed taping for morning viewing though. Knockouts might throw up the odd exception.

Old school terminology

Anyway, real time update. Fell asleep during 2nd half of Brazil v Morocco and woke up 10 minutes from the end of the Scotland game. Doesn't sound like I missed much and won't be going for any more 2am ko's.
