Keane and Tarkovski to be able deputies only
Mykolenko to be an able deputy also
New fullbacks
Sign George..i like him
Gana to get another year as since hes been out we can see how shit the midfield is
Sign grealish
Rohl to put a stone on but keep the pace
Dibling finds a heart and some balls
Find a box to box midfeilder who can thread a ball through the eye of a needle
Onto our new 20 goal a season striker

And a manager who dares venture from pragmatic now and then

This too much to ask?

A tactically flexible manager who will make changes in tactics, formation and personnel based on the game that’s happening in front of him, the oppositions strengths and weaknesses, who is playing well and who looks to be struggling etc, rather than sticking to the same rigid plan regardless of what is unfolding, and making the same like for like subs he planned in training the week before.

I’d keep Tim. There’s loads of potential there.

Keep Beto. I’d have no problem with him being our main striker or back up next season. He’s a fucking headache to defend against and almost always creates opportunities. Relatively low wage and works hard.

We have to be readying ourselves to accept that Branthwaite is made of paper. Hopefully not, but the reality may be different.
O'Brien should be no more than a back up centre back. Not convinced we will progress with him at CB although I'd accept he did ok there this season. Can be ponderous at times which will find him out whether at RB or CB. Really think we're looking for at least one quality CB, maybe 2.

New fullbacks agreed.

Keep Beto as back up striker, get a quality new fella in.

Agree with all last 3.

Obviously it's not easy to do all of the above.
Recruitment team has to start earning its money.

If we can get Iraola (or possibly Glasner) this summer I'd go for it. The amount of Moyes dissenters is too divisive, and while he may keep us safe the end of season has created a lot of suspicion that we won't advance enough. Go for it.

Branthwaite had 2 full seasons where he played at least 30 league games. Let’s not write him off just yet.

Accepted, but the last 2 seasons haven't boded well with his hamstrings. His pace is a massive asset and helps make him the player he is. Could go one way or the other with injuries. Let's hope he will get through as strong as he was a couple of years ago. Will make a massive difference to the team.

If we went for Glasner he would play three at the back.

So it would definitely need two centre backs then.

How did we spend 35 million on him he's the worst Everton striker I've ever seen he brings nothing to the team I'd say he's not even a competition winner

We will get most of our money back I suspect (don’t laugh)

Not on huge salary and 8 goals with no penalties looks ok in what is a tough league.
May look a bit better in a different league.

That Fullkrug of West Ham is the kind of catastrophic signing we must avoid.
Bought him at 31 for £27m
Slow as McNeil and his scoring record from open play in the Bundesliga was poor.

Thought he must be a moyes signing (sweaty old Caucasian pro) but amazingly not.
