Anyway - My dads 75th Birthday

was yesterday so I was taking him the game on mine and me mates season ticket.

Id been in touch with a lad I know at the club and was asking him on Friday if there was anything I could get from the club, heres me possibly expecting a video message off of a player or something and that would have done me really.

Get a phonecall yesterday from the lad, hed sorted us 4 tickets in the executive lounge and restaurant Moore in the the West Stand, private dining and bevvies all day!
Absolutely brilliant with a private box so was able to take me mum dad and my brother all to the game, was able to take him to see his stone on the South Stand then up to the posh seats

ruined by 90 minutes of footy but after all the stuff me dads been through the last year he deserved yesterday, and to see him and me mum smiling like that was just boss.

Me ma isnt going again the fucking jinx.

I owe this lad fucking bigtime!

Sorry your dads not having a good time of it mate, he’s a sound fella and I really miss him every home game, was always a laugh with him or he’d try to nick chips etc.

He's on the mend, thankfully no treatment for a few more months so hoping thats the end of it really, but since he stopped treatment hes perked right up
