Ticket resale....yeah another one

I can't make the Spurs game so put my ticket (and my lads) back up for resale.

They've been sold (well, mine has) and I now have a balance in my account. What options do I have for that balance?

Can I take the cash back?

I’m trying to get on amd buy a ticket and it’s saying I’m not eligible to by.. the sites a shitshow…. They will probably ignore my email until Christmas! They’ve got me 60 notes now 😂
