Reminds me of the time the shite were away at manu and then girlfriend and me were standing in a pub in New Brighton watching MOTD. Molby got taken subbed and wasnt happy. I was saying, probably, a bit too loudly "get off the pitch you fat bastard". A dig in the ribs followed from girlfriend who jerked her head backwards. Turning round Molby was stood right behind me smiling at me. I smiled him back.

Is that right?
I remember me dad telling me we had a few Irish lads playing for us in the 50s and that explained why we historically had support over there.
No idea if that’s true.
