Came home after dropping her highness off only to find a friggin george cross hanging from the lamppost outside. .Ive gone crackers and dragged the cunt out up the road who put it up out of his house and made him take it down..we are trying to sell our house and that's knocked 10 grand off it..Mrs PI told him I wouldn't be happy

I saw a post on the Ellesmere Port ‘local pride’ page earlier asking does anyone know where they can buy England or United Kingdom flags.

The responses were amazing. Apparently bobbing up a flag in a shit hole town is the start of taking our great country back and sends a message to those greedy, lazy illegals who are a menace to our communities.

This country.

I saw a post (not sure if they were joking or not) that they were going round taking them down and selling them on eBay at an inflated price.

It's such a pity that the flag has been co-opted by the far right.

There's so much to be proud about this country but I'm the same - I see a house with a union jack and automatically assume they're a b377end.

In the US you can see black, Latin and Asian homes be proud of being American and the flag. Never in a million years would you get that over here

I've just driven up and back from Folkestone from about Stoke England flags and union Jack's aots, bridges, roundabouts, fucking weird. Thankfully not the case at home.

Yup, apparently it's called Operation Raise Your Colours.

I read that attaching a flag to a lampost is against the highways act. The flagshaggers are desperate for councils to remove them because of this so they can claim victim status.

The cheeky twat ...The worst thing is Mrs PI was holding the ladders for him thinking it was a street party or something..we live opposite old miners bungalows and Ted God bless him told him to fuck off with his flags and I wouldn't be happy when I came home
