I have only just emailed them about this as I was not sure if I would be eligible as I am not registered disabled, just waiting for a knee replacement.
The automated reply said I would be contacted within 10 working days.
Two minutes later, another one saying I had a place.
This is one thing they are spot on with.In Moyes We Trust

Glad they sorted you out. Alas the provision in general for disabled people has been pretty poor as documented elsewhere. The shuttle isn't suitable for disabled people who can't stand at Sandhills. Those of us who are disabled have in general been very critical of the club.
Also, there hasn't been a thing called 'registered disabled' since 1995. Some conditions (e.g. MS) are automatically listed as conditions that confer a status of statutory disability in the Equality Act, but most definitions of disability depend on the extent to which it affects day to day life.
Some organisations still use the nomenclature 'registered disabled' when they mean PIP recipient or Blue Badge holder, but neither of these encompass all disabled people either.

Glad it worked out quickly for you mate. But, despite "hiccups" with access, etc, I think that with everything being relatively new there and at the new USA owned EFC, people need to calm down, let things be ironed out. These days there is far too much about ME AND I WANT IT NOW. PS. just to clarify, I am not having a go at you at all.

Hahaha what a laughable post.
God fordbid disabled people should expect to get to a ground as straightforwardly as abled people can.
God forbid disabled people should expect the same standards of provision they already had at the previous ground.
A lot of the 'everyone needs to calm down' stuff boils down to 'I can walk no problem so it didn't affect me before and it won't affect me now'.

Nice one WB, I'd be interested in knowing how the experience went as I could do with using it myself in the future.
