Saying BlueCo who own Chelsea have bought him. Not that Chelsea or Strasbourg have. Seems strange

If it’s allowed won’t City and Newcastle be massively onto this as well.

To a lesser extent us as well.

The owners buy and sell players away from PSR and allocate them to teams they own.
