What changed at half time?

We were clearly a lot better after half time, even if that wasn't still good enough.

From what I could see no subs were made and no positional changes were made either, but suddenly we got forward a lot more and at least looked capable of holding the ball in midfield.

Changed game plan; simple as that ; we looked like we’d done zero homework on Leeds and our whole outfield ten looked shell shocked at Leeds approach

We are way behind most teams in preparation judging by the first ten games of the season;

I’ve been pleasantly surprised how pundits have talked us up since Grealish signed ; falling over themselves to remind callers to radio phone ins how big Everton are and always have been within the game now that one of the biggest names has come to us ; trouble is our players have no need or chance to improve apart from Branthwaite; too comfortable and they’ve got away with it again this summer as have the leadership team

Moyes bollocked the players for not working hard enough I would think.

How can you tell if someone is a Kopite? If the hat, scarf, T shirt or tattoo isn't enough of a clue, they will have told you within two sentences. Basically, it's a cult.

Think the team moved up 10yds and started pressing higher/better, winning the ball back earlier. The subsequent lack of creativity then became the issue.

I think it was more about Leeds tiring a bit. We got into the game a bit more but our passing in the second half was not hugely improved. Our ability to find Pickford from reasonably promising positions on the pitch was astounding.
