I don't think it should have been a pen, but I can see why it was given.
Remember, it's Everton, not Man City, Manu, Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle, Chelsea or Spurs were talking about.

It's the usual shite. A clear handball wasnt given in the first game on Friday, so they clamp down and give a soft one in a subsequent game. The fact the clear one was in a game against the shite means it has to happen.
We always fall victim to this bollocks.
