Finding out if you are still in Autocup scheme ( again!)

Anybody crack the code, or do you just wait to see if the club take the money out sometime today( as they announced).

It did tell you under the ticket section and then view account menu on the website. There was a drop down saying Auto Cup.

But, this has now gone. However, on the same section, if you look at account history our Mansfield tickets are all listed.

I guess I remained in the AutoCup by default.
I cant see how you get out of it though!

If your friend sorts the account and you are on his family and friends the information might be on his account.

I cant find out online if I am subscribed or not - a friend booked all the season tickets. Nothing has been taken and I cant see how to add autocup from a laptop.

I have just sent an email and they are going to answer within 21days.

I got an email from EFC on Sat or Sun, telling me, as a season ticket holder, I was not registered for cup auto tickets...so I logged into my Everton (tickets part) account and added 'auto tickets' form the menu and had to add my card details again. I've got two tickets on my accounts and ticketed the box to add 'auto' to both accounts

I’ve been all round the ticket portal and can’t see anything to do with an auto cup option. I do vaguely remember seeing it on the initial ticket purchase

In the app

Ticketing home (side menu)/click on the icon top right/ view account menu at bottom/autocup is under ticketing.

Took me a while to figure it out.

Got it all together and I'm ready to seethe.

That didnt work for me. I got as far as ticketing but there was nothing saying autocup.

I think I'm in the same position as you. I thought I had already subscribed to it (I always have in the past). If nothing appears by tomorrow morning, I'll give them a call*.

I got that at 3.10 so it seems they are as efficient as usual.
