Anyone else still having issues applying for a ticket for a forever blue member, the main account has me as being a season ticket holder so I’m ineligible to buy one.

It’s doing my head in.

I’m away so don’t really want to phone up, which I had to do last time.

I'm MPTEFC I'll park where I like.

I got a message about 'suspicious activity' when trying on laptop. Then something along he lines of 'you're ineligible'. (I am eligible)

I used my phone and applied for a ticket no problem. Just got to see what happens in the ballot now.

I think you'll face this problem every time, you're not logging in as that member. Could you not set him up a login and go in on his account?

I had to use my wifes email when I set him up. No idea why you can’t have a junior membership on the same email.

Just tried a password reset and nothing is coming through.

Roma game was absolutely fine just getting the tickets.

I got through the queue up to the point where you should normally select your first and second seating preference. The only choices on offer were "WC access" and "Easy access". I assumed there was a glitch so abandoned it altogether. I'll try again later.
