Why are we not all over Rico Lewis for £30m?

A young England defender that plays RB but can also play LB.

Notts Forest are in for him.

He’s exactly what we need to cover one of our squad gaps.

Blimey.....you give 16 years great service to the club after signing for a tiny fee. You never agitate for a move despite being at one time one of the best players in your position in the country. You carry yourself and represent the club as captain with great dignity throughout all those years and then just because you accept a one year deal because the club probably feels its good value for money to have a mature, experienced, cool head around the squad who can also provide am extra body in a position the club has struggled for years to recruit for and you are an 'oxygen thief'.....Evertonians eh!
