I bought a home top for my daughter and a polo t-shirt from them a couple of weeks ago, the home top arrived at the weekend and looks spot on but no sign of the polo t-shirt, do they normally send them separately?

Mine have always come together. Weirdly, I ordered that sky blue polo t-shirt and when they took the payment they never took the payment for that one, nor did they send it. I never got it either but they didn't charge me for it. I only noticed when the other 3 kits came without that one.Social Media is the new root of all evil.
