Parking recce for tomorrow

Just spent an hour driving up and down the 10 streets area and am still none the wiser about where blue badges are allowed to park.
I can see it being chaos down there tomorrow, and parking tickets AOTS.

Blue badges can park in all permit zones, except where 'no loading' is indicated. Pretty much the same deal as everywhere else really.

Double yellows are obviously restricted to three hours so you might have to miss that Legends game if you park on one of them.

I got a ticket for parking outside goodison (by the spellow ) with my blue badge I phoned them was told it's a residents parking area and the badge parking wasn't allowed

I was down there last night. There was some kind of outdoor seminar going on in Dickinson Street. Two fellers lecturing what looked like hundreds of orange hi viz waistcoat wearing, adults, of variable age. Don't know if these are going to be pointing people in the right direction?
