Season Card Question

I want to occasionally give my dad my ticket, so I’ve come up with a solution of using a spare phone. Ridiculous question, but do I need a SIM card to put the ticket in the wallet?

No you don't need a SIM.

Obviously you will need WiFi to set up the email account.

If the spare is an old phone it needs to have NFC capability.
