Much changed line up. Be a tough game shame to see a drawn series.

Makes sense to rest Archer and reckon Bethell will do well. Don't think Dawson is good enough (but without having the answer as to who is right the spinner)

Hasn't Rehan Ahmed just took a load of wickets to win a County game, as well as scoring about 3 centuries on the bounce ? Weird how far he's fell down the pecking order.

Obviously banking on the oval taking no spin & some poor weather

Think they’ve gone with using the squad which is fair enough. Can’t see Woakes going to Australia either as he’s largely ineffective away from home, so maybe is last test match

That bowling attack screams ‘ineffective medium pace’.

Hopefully the pitch is as flat as kippers piss and England make 600.

Dawson is better than Bashir like. I guess they think spin won’t be needed or Root can bowl 80 overs.

The bowling line up is crud without Stokes and Archer anyway.
