The Triathlon route?
Out up to Bampton then across to shap, then down the A6 which is really fast, you turn back towards Pooley Bridge at a small roundabout just before the bridge
From shap its mainly downhill and very very fast Winston Kodogo is a helmet!

It's a lovely route mate
I didn't chance to take it all in with racing but saw enough to want to do it at more leisurely pace. Fantastic place to race Winston Kodogo is a helmet!
