Paul Rideout- often forgotten in the Duncan hype but scored 16 goals that season including winners at Chelsea, Ipswich and obviously the cup final
Limpar's goal away at Leicester
Joe Parkinson, my favourite player at the time, was steadily getting better and better, career cut short by injury

We didn't lose again that season either only conceding in one game out of the last 7, a 3-3 draw with Chelsea. 4 nil nils like but still haha.

The Southall catch is genuinely one the greatest goalkeeping actions I’ve seen. Instantly killed the game.

I reckon I had seen Southall do 500 better things than that at that time.

But I thought he couldn't do it anymore at that game. And then he did that. And the double save from Scholes.

He is one of the best three Everton players of all time along with Dean and Ball.

They would all get into a World Eleven.

Unfortunately the thing I remember most from that Leeds game is a mutual friend of ours getting a whole coach of beaked up, drunken Everton fans to leather me cos I quietly said to him that Bianca from EastEnders was quite fit in real life. It still gets mentioned to this day. I stand my ground, at the time she was!
