A lad who used to be part of the Berkshire Youth cricket set up moved to Lancashire last year - I was quite surprised by this as you’d expect Lancashire to throw real money at the youth set up, I don’t think it’s even as if Berkshire has produced a load of talent over the years. A few like Toby Albert at Hampshire and Tom Scriven have made it but it feels as much luck as it is coaching and judgement
