He didn't get a chance to miss as he didn't even get a shot away.
I didn't get excited as despite him being yards ahead and onside when the ball was played through at no point did I expect him to have the pace or composure to score. Which given the vast amounts of money he's paid and the position he's playing in (not his fault) is pretty fucking pathetic. DCL has been in similar positions recently and not scored or even looked like bothering the keeper. Yet apparently he wants £150,000 a week before he'll sign a new contract. Good luck with that.
