Is it simply that football, refs association & the media is ran by middle aged men who grew up in the 1970's & 80s when the RS were sweeping all before them and they all jumped on the bandwagon as kids and therefore have a dislike of Everton. Also we are the whipping boys as we are big enough for things like a 10 point deduction to cause stir but not one the media darlings. I can only think of us & maybe Villa who this could apply to. I fully expect Villa to start getting decisions against them as the season goes on
