This is it in a nutshell. We've got to be creative, inventive, innovative or whatever to harness the best of DCL. Because we sure aren't now. It's no good for him or the team. The longer he goes without notching, the more he'll pile the pressure on himself and the less likely he is to deliver, simply because he isn't being utilised properly anyway. Catch 22, vicious circle, paradox, conundrum, whatever. But this just isn't working now, for anyone.
