And he's done it without any pomp, without whining and blaming his staff, or isolating key players. He doesn't have much "wibble" about him and only seems concerned with using the resources at his disposal to win games for Everton. And he knows what he's doing. Everton is a big step up for him from Burnley, and if he gets us solid and stable in mid-table over the next couple of years then his stock will have risen greatly, I reckon.
