Been going to watch Bootle on and off over the years but have had a ST for 3 years now and go to almost all of the aways. Usually drive and sometimes make a weekend of it, taking the kayak and doing the local ParkRun.
Been on the coach too (with the players) and the latest one was Hanley Town. Beat them 3 nil. Long day, though and I was good for nothing on the Sunday.
However, the majority of lads are blues but the rest are reds. The stuff we say on here and is our bread and butter does not go down well at all on the group chat. SMS, I've decided to leave the red/blue stuff at the door and just enjoy the non-league stuff. Not sure if they're touchy, I'm biased and have been in an echo chamber for years but I've found they're as 'obsessed' as we are.
