Yeah I think so. The big glass structure at the front of the East stand is the new shop isn't it, and that will be accessible the whole time? There'll be other facilities like restaurants and stuff that will be open all week I'd have thought.
A lad commenting on that Mr Drone's midweek video said it will be open all the time in reply to someone asking. The fella replying seems to have a pretty detailed knowledge of the site and the works, so I reckon he's right.
