Too right! My favourite also. First time hearing it the line “you’re the measure of my dreams” broke me. First time seeing them play this live I let out a huge uncontrolled sob when this song was introduced, much to the consternation of those around me. There is a YouTube video of a woman poet/songwriter reviewing this song and when he hits that line she is visibly shaken. Fitting that his wife used the very line today in expressing her grief. RIP Shane. A short term great, but forever a legend, your songs will be sung for centuries.. Wow, just read Bruce Springsteen tribute to Shane.
