Haha, mad take this. I’d argue it’s actually one of the few bits of easily available tech that’s made my life a bit better. House is temperature I want it all the time, heating set to come on in the winter before I’m up and out of bed so I don’t have to sit freezing.
Those old dials on boilers with a 24hr clock and a load of little pegs for when you want heating on or off - now THEY are fucking shit.
