Been saying for a bit now - if you are over 105m then it should have been a commission.
None of this accepting mitigations first. Thats open to corruption - given what people seem to assume about the influence that the RS and utd have over masters.
Chelsea and utd should have gone in front of a commission.
Utd for what you say plus selling shares and Chelsea for hotels and 200m for a women's team that played in a ground like Accringtons.
