trying to shoehorn a load of needed signings into a last day instead of cashflowing the window properly to take the heat out of it sounds like a shit plan.

kinnear seemed on the level in those interviews the other week. he would have been stupid to say a load of stuff that can bite you on the arse 10 days or so later when he didnt have to.

i do wonder if he/they were hoping for the best without planning for the worst, meanwhile TFG could have helped with the cashflow and clearly didnt (im basing this on us having to sell to buy).
