I thought it was to do with PSR or whatevs, ie 'you can't have your new right back and forward unless you sell someone due to PFR' and because we sold very late on in the day, therefore we're trying to pick up players at the last minute. So when it goes to shit, there is no plan B,C, D or whichever letter was after Balogun's name on the 'forwards in' list.
