Everton are part of that system, they vote for it. I think PSR or whatever it just a a nice excuse for them all to rip the fans off. I agree some of the rules are a joke an don't help competition, but that argument does a lot of heavy lifting were we are concerned.

Think some of our tickets cost more than Shite or Man City now also, that's a joke and should be protested against.
