Very true, it certainly needs some pushback at least. Any club/clubs falling foul of this new set of rules should start by threatening to countersue the Premier League if they attempt to prosecute them whilst the Man City case is allowed to continue on ad infinitum.
The City case should be dealt with one way or another BEFORE anyone else can ever be charged.
