The obvious answer would be to scrap the main drivers of it IE transfer windows and/or FFP rules but let's face it neither is gonna happen as it suits the brand to keep them in place.

So how about some sort of FFP discount scheme to incentivise clubs to do their business early? So for example any transfers completed in the first month of the window, only 80% of the fee counts towards FFP, from then till the start of the season 90% and anything done in the last few days before it shuts 100%
