If the financial rules meant Villa were actually allowed to keep players and build their squad they would be the level for him now. A team getting into Europe quite regularly, a recent trophy and on the up. That would be perfect for him.

Them being screwed by the rules and HAVING to sell means thats not on the table and going to someone like City, Arsenal or Chelsea with their 4 or 5 better options ahead of him means its just not his level.

If it was just down to playing and developing he would be better off here.


Villa and "maybe" the shite or utd would fit. That aside I reckon a european side but they dont pay the money.


But certainly not the clubs with the "best squads"
