We very well could have lost too! Better second half and while both midfielders were good Palace sliced through us on a few occasions first half.

We have a very, very young team (despite lads on here saying that Moyes is only interested in 30 year olds).

I think we could have been picked apart by a better team (and if we had a lesser keeper). It will take time to build a team. What we sowed last summer we will hopefully reap this season.

Stories of Barry's improvement over pre season seemed premature. Multiple times to stretch the defense when he stood there and seemingly wanted it in to feet.

I no nothing of that Doue but if we got him, Richarlison and Greaslish I do think we would be fairly strong.
