Clifton Village for strolling, cafes, boutique shops, places you can go for lunch or evening meal.

Gloucester Road for independent shops, boozers, a bit more of a hipster vibe.

Good runs of quirky pubs around Kingsdown and Redcliffe, closer to what Brizzle was like before all the London escapees and ludicrously wealthy students moved in.

Hotwells for a mix of virtually all of the above.

The Watershed and Arnolfini on the Harbourside for yer more arty vibe.

The Centre itself has always been a bit characterless, but there's still plenty in the way of entertainment, shopping and refreshment.
