If you wanna see the Clifton Bridge, best views are from the Clifton Observatory which has a decent rooftop cafe/bar and also access to caves which go right to the cliffs edge

Use the local ferry boats to cross over onto the island where the SS Great Britain is. It's a pain on the arse by road/footpath and the ferry takes about 1 minute and cost a quid, plus there's loads of other great bars and restaurants over there.
