Aye. Don't let perfect be the enemy of good. Older kids will.wprk it out quickly but if you've got 80% of kids struggling to get onto a social network, then it's not really social anymore.

We relented with my eldest and Snapchat and I fucking hate it. The constant buzz in his pocket and he will check his phone mid conversation and send someone a picture of his arm or the ceiling or whatever. It's mad and shit, but other than that he's a cracking kid and works hard so we allow him that vice. My youngest loves the reels so IG and YouTube limited to an hour a day. Both phones loved between 9.30pm and 7am. Kids are 14 and 16 and by far the strictest controls of any of their friends and I'm still not that comfortable with it all
