Well let's see how it's implemented. As a parent I've been responsible for my kids and their phones and it's been a tough ride really and we are probably more on the ball than anyone I know. Most of the kids in our town have unfettered access.

Instagram have made a lot of noise about their teen accounts recently, hoping to push back the tide I guess, but they will never blanket ban U16. Likewise Snapchat is almost exclusively school kids and one of the most poisonous addictions IMO.

I have tonlook at it like smoking. First it was U16bthat couldn't buy. It's didn't do much. Then advertising removed, tripled the price, a healthy warning push and 20myears later it's paid off.

This ain't getting solved overnight, but you have to start somewhere
