I understand the differentiation in terms of provision ICB wise but I doubt Mum even if reassessed would be likely not to be deemed to have a primary health need - she has been responsible for multiple serious injuries of other people and the police have had to be notified. Her Alzheimer's is very serious and has put her beyond the capability of standard dementia care. She is now on the highest banding and receiving 1-1 as well.
