Look at rhe rooftop bars at night - Kabana is the biggest and best but pricey - msssage them on Insta to book in way before you go. They serve booze.
Le Comptoire Dana is another decent cocktail bar serving ale.
Decent excursions - guided atlas mountains hike and lunch, quad biking followed by a meal at a berber village - i just used Get Yoir Guide to book them whilst I was there.
By the Menara Maul theres a huge park and Oliverie which is ace to watch the sunset. Also decenf places for lunch rjght along the strip there.
Get one ticket for YSL House and Jardin Majorelle and Pierre Berger museum online snd youll do all three in a morning.
Baha Palace worth a look around - these central tourist places only accept cash if you dont buy tickets online.
Google / apple pay the cheapest way to pay for things there.
If you havent boked a hotel get one with a pool as we managed to fit in a load of exploring in in the morning, sat by the pool in the afternoons when it was boiling then hit the bars / restaurants at night.
The Souks at night is a sight to behold.
