Kind of, but I guess I'm saying with the level of expenditure, even that isn't really doing it.
However much TV money gets pumped in just leaks back out. The main thing the TV money has done is turbocharged Prem spending vs foreign rivals.
I guess without it, it would be pretty impossible for any of it to maintain.
