Cars aren’t illegal for the vast majority of people to have in the first place though are they? I’d ban being allowed to carry a knife/blade on your person in public 100%. The lad who done this only looks like a kid himself, early 20’s etc. Just find it astonishing if he was allowed to have it on him.
