Finished the Chemo part, that was a 9 week thing and was a tough at times but not nearly as much as i feared. I now have a 6 week chemoradiation which is down the hospital every weekday for an hour to get a blas of radiation lasers into my throat. The first 2-3 weeks should be ok but the last 3 weeks or so will be pretty sore.
It may be hard to swallow/drink and eat for the worst bit so I have had a feeding tube fitted in my belly and thats a bit weird but its all part of the process. The NHS people have been utterly sensational absolutely beyond what I could have expected. In short I will have a few tough weeks but a few tough weeks to cure a cancer is not a bad thing and I am feeling upbeat and have great people around me.
Thanks again mate.
