1 definite sea change over the last few weeks I reckon. I didn’t want Moyes back but was pleasantly surprised last season. He’s reverted to his most turgid though and this season has seen us fail to win a derby, when we should have won both, crash out of the cups in true Moyes fashion, and fail spectacularly to land Europe. The ground last week emptying out in seconds was a powerful demonstration of the general mood. I was hearing lots of anti Moyes shouts and the mood in the Denbigh yesterday was similar. I wonder what the away crowd think…

2 so if he sticks around he’ll be punditing the pundit out of it this summer and Irvine will be with the Scotland team. You would think their priorities would be elsewhere really

4 speaking of getting rid, can we put O’Brien in the middle and bin the rest of the defence off please? If Branthwaite has fitness issues then buy someone else. RB LB surely for an upgrade

5 if we do manage to change manager please can we bin off absolutely everyone from Finch Farm & categorically rid ourselves of the expectation management mentality? Can’t help but feel that there’s a lot to this.
