I agree. An opportunity of a lifetime to come up here and no doubt earn ludicrous money whilst making a name for himself. Ok, moves don’t always work out and there’s homesick history regarding his stint at Chelsea but he was given game time early on and looked completely lost. I think he was probably pressured into leaving Southampton by the club/his agent/family and it’s gone teets up. Hopefully he’ll get a loan move, be successful and we can all shake hands after paying him several million to do Fook all for nine months
