Spot on this.
As an aside to this my missus watches some Canadian shite called Hudson and Rex which is some sort of detective with a Dog.
If you ever watched The Fall Guy where every episode featured a preposterous scenario where the stunt man/Fall Guy got to do a stunt to catch the baddie its essentially the same thing but with a dog jumping in at an opportune moment to save the day. Jumping in to knock machine guns out of the hand of some gangster thus thwarting an entire cartel and bringing them to justice etc.
Utter nonsense.
