About 50:50 indoor and outdoor. Outdoor part is usually pretty physical and the indoor part I’m on my feet pretty much all day…crouching down, lifting etc.
So aye quite physical I suppose. Makes me a bit blase about doing actual exercise etc when really I could do with a bit of a health kick.
